Hi Michael 

I just wanted to send you this note, to thank you and HiddenBed for a wonderful product and the great service we received. 

We had seen this product online and when we met you at the ideal home show and saw one in real life we knew it was what we need. 

Our youngest has just started secondary school and needed more study room in her small bedroom. 

The hidden bed gives her that and more. She loves the desk space it provides, the ability to leave things out when converting it to the bed, which takes just seconds. 

She sleeps soundly each night and the product is so solid it doesn't creak or groan as her old timber bed frame did, whenever she moved in it. 

Although I wasn't there when it was being installed, my wife was and she was impressed by the lads who were spotlessly tidy, hovering up the dust as they went. They even kindly removed a shelf that was in the way, which I hadn't measured right. 

Delivery was ahead of schedule if only by a day, and your communication throughout was first rate.

I have already been singing your praises to friends and families and would like to wish you and the team a very Merry Christmas and best wishes for continued success in the New Year.

Just a short note to thank you all in Hiddenbed  for a really great job. I am delighted with the double size bed and with the size of the desk and it is great to have a spare bed when we have friends calling to stay. Everyone is amazed that I do not have to take anything off the desk when it is transformed from a desk to a bed.
